E-SUBMISSION NOTICE
Effective November 11, 2026, attorneys are required to file via eFileWA.
Access to court file documents within the new system is available via re:Search.

The District Court Clerk’s Office currently uses the E-Submission platform, Granicus, but is transitioning to a new platform, eFileWA, which will be mandatory for attorneys effective November 11, 2026. Attorneys and members of the public can now use eFileWA to file documents.
All E-Submission shall be uploaded using either Granicus or eFileWA as it provides for a more secure and accountable method of submitting documents.
Filings that require a filing fee are not accepted electronically at this time. We hope to have this feature in place soon. In the meantime, please file by mail or in person.
If you already have an account with Granicus, please use this link to manage and submit your documents. Documents filed via Granicus will be accepted through November 11, 2026.
